Balancing Emotions

Sometimes emotions are meant for you to take control of and use it to fuel your creative flare. You see, when people have a strong emotion about something they are connecting an expectation to it. The connection can be good or bad. It depends on what you define as good and bad. There is no denying the fact that life is governed by two extremes. A left or a right, good or bad, light and darkness, etc. However, the real main concern is  how you utilize these emotions. For example, when I exercise, I'm not exactly feeling a peaceful emotion, I feel more of hyped energized enraged emotion that allows my body to work at maximum performance.

I'm not angry at anyone, or anything, I just feel this way boost my performance. This is why I believe that sometimes you must harness the power of negative emotions to make a point across an argument, to write down touching lyrics, and to perform with great resilience. I'm letting people know that it is okay to feel this type of emotions, even though they are necessarily negative on the frequency scale.

Consequently, too much of these emotions end up hurting you. Some scientists have agreed that the feeling of anger, leads to increases in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, decreases in cortisol (the stress hormone), and stimulation of your left brain hemisphere, which is involved in experiencing emotions related to closeness. These negative forces may actually drive you to make better choices and propel you to a different emotion.

Just like anger affects the left brain hemisphere, it makes you want to be closer to that object, maybe to mend things up, or to wipe the slate clean. Feeling positive vibrations actually releases some "happy" chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. Basically, emotions are the driving factors that manipulates the body's internal chemistry which in turn affect your mind. One must balance the use on both sides of the extreme. Doing so unlocks true potential in your daily life.

Wholeness and balance to everyone!
