In the long run everyone of us has a personal responsibility for our own behavior. Sure certain situations we fall victim to, but ultimately it's up for you to get past staying the victim. Taking responsibility does not mean that you were necessarily at fault yesterday, but instead taking responsibility means valuing your tools that you already have to change your life. Tools like changing an old pattern, learning a new skill, and focusing forward, all things that we naturally have. It is up to you to heal yourself.
Do not look externally for something to change you, you have to look internally for reassurance, prosperity, and hope for a better tomorrow. You have to take the responsibility to make the initial change and fight through the pain of succumbing to your old ways. Just like in nature, we have to adapt to the new surrounding we create-taking on responsibility. However, if you do not attempt it, there will be no healing that you are looking for. Noticeable change obviously does not happen overnight, but change does happen when you take that first initial step.

Release
A person is constantly being tested during each situation. The ups and downs either create personal development of oneself or, the personal fears created by the individual. The observer is free to choose which one dominates one's mind. One cannot change the nature of life, and must deal with the actions one takes and the actions that the universe takes. We must understand that life is constantly changing, but if you have fear you won't like change. Life around you is constantly in your comfort zone. In this zone you do not have fear. Fear is something that we create internally. We constantly attempt to manipulate life to live in the comfort zone.
Fear is is produced in some people, because they are afraid of the outcome of the situation. Take the action you have been constantly thinking about. Fear is preventing you from reaching your true potential. When people are tested out of their comfort zone, they act nervously or try to run away from the situation. You must strike the barrier in your mind with your will and just act. You have everything to lose, and everything to gain. It is up to you to choose the path you take. Fear is constantly provoking you to take situations that you shouldn't. You fall victim to your fear, however, you must slay the fear inside your mind by being aware of the life around you. You must release to achieve your true potential.

Human Nature
As we grow, we acquire traits from our peers and environment. These traits mold our behavior and relations with other people. It also has much to do on how one views the nature of man. Of course the nature of man has differences. We are not all the same. We can only cluster to those that have similar views upon the nature of man. Looking back through time, we can find three basic assumptions on human nature. These common assumptions lead to various behavioral adaptations that one experience throughout life.
People have three common theories about human nature: humanistic, animalistic, or rational. This does not mean all people fall into one category, usually you can find people that fits in or the other, or just fits one. However the case may be surely you can gain some insight in yourself and others.
From the humanistic approach, a person is driven by humane concerns for self and others. They feel affection, mercy, and compassion. The humanistic individual is self-actualizing, meaning they seek for finding one's true potential. There is little outside control, since the humanistic individual will practice self-control through the concerns of themselves and others.
Based on the Animalistic viewpoint, the nature of human beings is no different from that of the other animals that inhabit our planet. Driven by the biological urges and seeking gratification of those urges, human animals must be controlled by laws, morals, religion, and other forms of institutionalization.
According to the rational theory, human beings are rational. Meaning they are inherently neither good nor evil. They are driven by intellect and reason. The individual is controlled by logical thinking and the judgement of the consequences of their actions to themselves and others.
If we embrace the animalistic theory, we will probably approach others competitively and cautiously. We will feel the need to raise up our guard and protect ourselves. We will not trust people with information as it might be used against us. We search for ways as a society to control animalistic deviant behaviors.
We put on a whole need pair of eyes when we view people in the humanistic approach. We will assume that people will not hurt us intentionally, therefore trusting them with information. We will be cooperative. The only control we will need in this case is knowledge. By being aware that you are doing something harmful, the humanistic person attempts to modify their behavior in accordance to one.
If we view people as rational beings, we negotiate with them on a logical basis for mutually beneficial and compatible behaviors. We could discuss with them our feelings, attitudes, needs, and goals. We can work with them solving problems with reasonable and equal work.
There is something about this that lets us explore ourselves deeply. One may find that one identifies with all three. When this is the case changing your nature, you have to separate the animal, rational, and human side of your soul, if you want to change one. Depending on which one you embrace you support more of the habits it entails. This could be used to help you personally grow, or help those around you grow as well.
Till next time, Wholeness and Balance to all.

Balancing Emotions
Sometimes emotions are meant for you to take control of and use it to fuel your creative flare. You see, when people have a strong emotion about something they are connecting an expectation to it. The connection can be good or bad. It depends on what you define as good and bad. There is no denying the fact that life is governed by two extremes. A left or a right, good or bad, light and darkness, etc. However, the real main concern is how you utilize these emotions. For example, when I exercise, I'm not exactly feeling a peaceful emotion, I feel more of hyped energized enraged emotion that allows my body to work at maximum performance.
I'm not angry at anyone, or anything, I just feel this way boost my performance. This is why I believe that sometimes you must harness the power of negative emotions to make a point across an argument, to write down touching lyrics, and to perform with great resilience. I'm letting people know that it is okay to feel this type of emotions, even though they are necessarily negative on the frequency scale.
Consequently, too much of these emotions end up hurting you. Some scientists have agreed that the feeling of anger, leads to increases in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, decreases in cortisol (the stress hormone), and stimulation of your left brain hemisphere, which is involved in experiencing emotions related to closeness. These negative forces may actually drive you to make better choices and propel you to a different emotion.
Just like anger affects the left brain hemisphere, it makes you want to be closer to that object, maybe to mend things up, or to wipe the slate clean. Feeling positive vibrations actually releases some "happy" chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. Basically, emotions are the driving factors that manipulates the body's internal chemistry which in turn affect your mind. One must balance the use on both sides of the extreme. Doing so unlocks true potential in your daily life.

Setting Up for Success Today
I just wanted to share a few of my helpful tips to get the most out of the 24 hrs you so graciously get. These tips are meant to be practiced! No one can expect to follow the tips word per word, knowing the various different lifestyles people live, I hope you find a middle ground implementing it into your life.
- Upon waking up in the morning, write down the thing that is immediately on your mind. This will give you insight to your mind and will give you clues on what needs to be changed, or strengthened.
- Practice new vocabulary. Everyone loves to hear something different. By practising you strengthen the mind and impress those around you.
- Make a list of what needs to be done. Make it a challenge to cross everything of your list. Doing so will make you busy to the point that worry won't affect you. You will create new things, you will be the creator.
- Do a positive deed today. It could be anything from donating to telling a person a compliment. The way you treat those around you they will treat you the same.
- Never criticize the situation that you are in at the moment. You got yourself here, you can change it, mentally and physically. Be grateful for what you have. Criticizing only invokes negative frequencies of thoughts and soul.
- Learn something new each day! Don't be a mind drifter. Practice obtaining something new.
- Do seven things that you are out of your daily comfort zone. Try something new. The only way your are going to progress over time if you step out of your comfort zone and lead a different life. It makes life worth living I have to say.
- Find yourself spiritually. If you have already, then develop it more. Harnessing the powerful spiritual force within you, i.e. your will, unlocks true potential within your character.
- Don't "just do it". Make it worth your time and investment!

Stop Worrying
It has been proven that having built up negative emotions like worry, sadness, and anger all affect your health in a bad way. We get these emotions, because we are not satisfied with the outcome of a particular situation that you had expectations for. Stop. Expectation. Having expectations for trivial things is causing inner conflicts within you. It is one thing to have an expectation for yourself, with your goals and aspirations, that is fine, but for things out of your control like other people's emotion or life in general is where it needs to halt, for the fact that it is causing negative vibrations(emotions) on the physical plane and spiritual plane. The fact that you are thinking about it is sending a message to the universe, and the universe responds back with what you fed it. This also leads you to basically eat yourself inside making you vulnerable to many outside sinister forces. One way to combat worrying is to avoid arguments internally and externally, by keeping yourself really busy. You see it is really hard focusing on two things at once. Focusing on your work, you leave no room for those thoughts to appear in your mind. If you truly life live in the now, doing everything with the slightest detail of observation, you begin to foster a mental barrier that shields you from negative thoughts. An old saying my teacher told me one day was, "Idle hands are the devil's workshop".
Living life in the now is also a must to stop the inflictions of these negative emotions. Living life in the now basically boils down to this - for every second that passes it's now in the past, there is also a window for a second to be in the future. You cannot remain present in either or. You are constantly moving forward, along with earth traveling through space at a whopping 1000 miles per hour(1600 km/hr) , there is no reason to look in the past expect to learn from it, and leave it be. There is no need to bring up old arguments and criticize others for past mistakes. Instead focus on you in the now. Plan for the future, but do not expect for the future to act in your favor, regardless of all the planning you do, the future, is undecided, unbiased, and cold. You can't worry that the future is not going to be good, you have hope for the best. You also can't worry in the now, because regardless if you like it or not it is happening without your control.
Therefore, take life in the now, focus on your being, and perfecting yourself, before you judge the character of another. We all must obtain the higher forces within us all. Operating our mind on the highest frequencies, we will be able to progress the human race in a bold, striking force. Being able to put aside everything of fear, worry, doubt, and all the other rotten emotions, your mind is able to focus on what you want it to, so choose higher emotions, like forgiveness, love, peace, creation, and harmony. You being to see the world in a new pair of eyes. You begin to look at people unjudging knowing that they have wills of their own. Each living thing on earth has it is meaning in this universe, why shall you judge, why shall you torment your brothers and sisters, when life itself is too short, and unpredictable. Every person in their heart at some point wants success for themselves, for their family, and friends, but most of the time they are conquested by the negative destruction energy that surrounds them and blocks their creative centers, making it very difficult to obtain growth internally and externally. First begin to understand yourself, train your mind to fight these forces, focus on the now, focus on the beautiful creation of life, it's uniqueness, it's sophistication. Find balance. Bust your ass off creating things, learning new material, and developing yourself physically and emotionally. Before you leave this life, make a mark in history.
Until next time. Wholeness and Balance to all.
