Face it

Face the situation that is troubling you with full force! Realize that time moves forward and a lot of the situations you've had in the past, stay there in the past. It is important to be confident and full of energy all the time. You make your past with each ticking second.

Do not doubt yourself, push yourself! Face the facts that someday we will all be long gone, all the hopes and dreams will be buried with you. Now is the time to do whatever you want.

Do not let any outside force dictate your happiness. Take control of your own life and do what you think best is for you. You already have a guess on what you might need to improve on, I'm only here to remind you of it. Now take that crucial first step and never look back!

Advance Mediation

It has been proven countless of times that practicing the art of mindfulness benefits you in extraordinary ways. From the latest science research to the ancient eastern teachings, meditation has helped balance people all around the world in a number of ways. How one mediates is all too important to having a successful mediation session.  Advance mediation is the proper body state, body alignment, sights, words, smells, and touch, depending on the level of state one is willing to achieve.

Researchers from University College London and Cambridge University have found evidence of a specialized mechanism in the human brain that takes in visual information about our body and triggers an instant, unconscious response. This means that how you observer the world, how you see your body, the brain automatically process the information, through these "hard-wired" systems.  In fact, the newly-discovered network triggers reactions even before the conscious brain has time to process them. A lot of times, when people get the most advance prosthetic limb, they still feel as if they are not coordinated enough, even when they practice numerous times, this information relates to this, because you have to have both the body information as well as the visual. The body works in unison, both consciously and unconsciously.

On a whole we can view this newly discovered information and apply it to our mediation. Advance mediation is the usefulness of all the bodily sense. From the sight, smells, feelings, sounds, and movement one could ultimately produce the euphoria which one seeks. What the evidence suggest is regardless if you are not fully aware of the movements in your body and visual system, it undermines your conscious, but still has a direct impact on you. Be cautious on how you mediate, one could have a wonderful long session, or one could have aimless short session. If you do it, do it with the utmost energy, filling in all your senses with radiant energy.

Wholeness and Balance to all.

Three Types of People

People all throughout our life give us indirect and direct messages about ourselves. They come in a variety of ways, both electronically and physically. These messages forced upon us tend to make us feel unworthy and dependent about ourselves, consequently molding the individual to develop images about themselves, in the process influencing the way they are expected to behave.

Around the world, people carry titles of themselves, from the the police officer, to the academic professor, etc., people use these titles to mold people's behavior and expected to act a certain way. It is often communicated across that you are supposed to be polite, modest, and the suppression of powerful emotion. We grow up in these society that ever since enter the schooling system  we are taught to obey a certain way of standards. Internally this affects our psyche as an individual and as a society.

Often times the system produces people with patterned behavior, suppressed aggression, and low self-esteem. Driving this dependency is technology as well, look how many seek attention online, but are forced to perform a certain way online, in their photos, and the way they speak, they grow even more dependent to this system. Norms are meant to emotionally damage you to have conflicts within yourself. These conflicts produces guilt feelings internally, thus modifying the behavior of the individual to further comply with the norms.

You have to be independent from the herd. You become aware of another fascinating condition of yourself. Only by breaking the chains of norms you are able to release your emotion with true flare. Over time you begin to change your self-image in many aspects. Regardless of the messages imposed on you from anyone, you become who you are, making your own true decisions and what you feel is necessary for you. You instead shift your patterns and behavior, but at a higher frequency.

The person that we should all try to achieve, is one that is both free from dependency and independency. We move to a stage where we can enjoy both, or not at all. An individual moves freely of patterned behaviors of both types, you can exchange feelings of anger, joy, and aggression with others. This individual is able to depend on others and have other depend on them, in mutual respects. They begin to develop a more accurate self-image, having both good and bad feelings about themselves. They have worry not only for the people around them, but around the planet. People who are dependent, bound by societal norms, and destructive behavior, cannot even comprehend the mind of an individual who is interdependent.

Raise your awareness. Wholeness and Balance to all.

Balancing Emotions

Sometimes emotions are meant for you to take control of and use it to fuel your creative flare. You see, when people have a strong emotion about something they are connecting an expectation to it. The connection can be good or bad. It depends on what you define as good and bad. There is no denying the fact that life is governed by two extremes. A left or a right, good or bad, light and darkness, etc. However, the real main concern is  how you utilize these emotions. For example, when I exercise, I'm not exactly feeling a peaceful emotion, I feel more of hyped energized enraged emotion that allows my body to work at maximum performance.

I'm not angry at anyone, or anything, I just feel this way boost my performance. This is why I believe that sometimes you must harness the power of negative emotions to make a point across an argument, to write down touching lyrics, and to perform with great resilience. I'm letting people know that it is okay to feel this type of emotions, even though they are necessarily negative on the frequency scale.

Consequently, too much of these emotions end up hurting you. Some scientists have agreed that the feeling of anger, leads to increases in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, decreases in cortisol (the stress hormone), and stimulation of your left brain hemisphere, which is involved in experiencing emotions related to closeness. These negative forces may actually drive you to make better choices and propel you to a different emotion.

Just like anger affects the left brain hemisphere, it makes you want to be closer to that object, maybe to mend things up, or to wipe the slate clean. Feeling positive vibrations actually releases some "happy" chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. Basically, emotions are the driving factors that manipulates the body's internal chemistry which in turn affect your mind. One must balance the use on both sides of the extreme. Doing so unlocks true potential in your daily life.

Wholeness and balance to everyone!
