It's never too late!

It is never too late to pick yourself back up! Keep pushing for the goals and the self-image you are destined for!  Make a mission out of life. Never give yourself up to those inhibitions that make you have fear. Is this the life you wanted? Are you satisfied with your current situation? If not quit the things that inhibit you and find other things that help your mission.

That was a little something that I was thinking about tonight, I know it's short compared to the other post, but I hope you were able to get pumped by it.

It has been some time since I wrote a blog post. In that time, things have changed for the best. I want to continue to write for this blog like I used to. For anyone out there still visiting this blog, thank you for your patience and support. I want to write every day so that I may be able to motivate, enlighten, and inform you.

Until next time,

Wholeness and balance!

Advance Mediation

It has been proven countless of times that practicing the art of mindfulness benefits you in extraordinary ways. From the latest science research to the ancient eastern teachings, meditation has helped balance people all around the world in a number of ways. How one mediates is all too important to having a successful mediation session.  Advance mediation is the proper body state, body alignment, sights, words, smells, and touch, depending on the level of state one is willing to achieve.

Researchers from University College London and Cambridge University have found evidence of a specialized mechanism in the human brain that takes in visual information about our body and triggers an instant, unconscious response. This means that how you observer the world, how you see your body, the brain automatically process the information, through these "hard-wired" systems.  In fact, the newly-discovered network triggers reactions even before the conscious brain has time to process them. A lot of times, when people get the most advance prosthetic limb, they still feel as if they are not coordinated enough, even when they practice numerous times, this information relates to this, because you have to have both the body information as well as the visual. The body works in unison, both consciously and unconsciously.

On a whole we can view this newly discovered information and apply it to our mediation. Advance mediation is the usefulness of all the bodily sense. From the sight, smells, feelings, sounds, and movement one could ultimately produce the euphoria which one seeks. What the evidence suggest is regardless if you are not fully aware of the movements in your body and visual system, it undermines your conscious, but still has a direct impact on you. Be cautious on how you mediate, one could have a wonderful long session, or one could have aimless short session. If you do it, do it with the utmost energy, filling in all your senses with radiant energy.

Wholeness and Balance to all.
