The journey begins where you want to start. It can be at any moment. We humans the incredible ability that separates us from all animals that allows us to coordinate our actions. When taking the first action of whatever you desire, never look back. Realize that the actions you just committed is before you and you can use it as a lesson tool. Actions that you commit in the present over a prolong period of time really shows growth. The plant can only grow as big as the pot it is in. You must be the mighty sequoia that is firmly planted in the ground ready to grow over time no matter what may come.
It's not about the desired results. You must find meaning in the task that you do and focus less on the desired outcome. The journey of life is your narration. You are responsible for the actions and reactions you send off. Let yourself bask in the present, analyze and lay to rest the past, and keep moving forward with humbility, knowing where you came from.

The Human Bank
The Human Bank is a concept, where if another person tries to send one negative energy, meaning, scornful words, spitness, hate, etc. a person must become a human bank to always set oneself at balance. The concept is very simple; those negative energies thrown towards one takes form as debt, where you must you must reject those form of debts, and always keep one at balance, let the other person suffer the debt of depositing those negative energy. The point of this is to show that one can remain at balance, such as a bank account, in every situation, regardless of the circumstances, because when the action is already committed, one has to deal within their soul.
Wholeness and balance, everyone.
Furthermore, this concept essential helps you deposit positive energy as well, to fill your human bank account, with love, compassion, appreciation, hard work, and self improvement. The old phrase you invest in yourself, has a whole new meaning applied to this concept. You want to be abundant in positive-balanced energy.

Gratitude
Practicing gratitude starts with appreciation for things that exist on Earth. Having a sense of appreciation for every person, every insect, every plant, every single matter, is key to progressing and moving forward. We all come from the same origin here on Earth; everything has its earthly purpose, it is your job to appreciate those purposes regardless of the circumstances or situation.
As you practice gratitude in this plane of existence, to the things around, you will notice that many of things that life has to offer provides an introspection and lesson for yourself.
You will learn to accept and be thankful for the situations that you experienced thus far, because they made you the person you are today. And if you want to change yourself, start practicing gratitude with yourself. Thank yourself for not giving up and actually wanting to change. Foster your seed of change. Water that seed with gratitude.

9 Daily Practices
1. Make a difference- Making a difference can be anything from holding the door for someone to creating an organization to help people have better access to water. Completing one or more a day is beneficial for you and is healing to your mind. You go to sleep knowing that you at least completed one good deed.
2. Spend Time Wisely- This one should be a no-brainer; however it is often overlooked, often used sparsely with no real purpose. Time is precious, the time is ticking and each second will not come back. Life is constantly moving forward. Manage the flow of time effectively; each day is another day that you will never get back.
3. Maintain Health- Out of all the serious health effects out there it is almost always related to their diet and how much the exercise. People need to maintain a diet strictly based on whole foods, nothing artificial, no sugar, less red meat, more water, greens, whole wheat carbs, fruits, and minimal dairy or none at all. Taking herbal supplements is also suggested to get the vitamins you need in a healthy way. Exercise is something that people can do, but put off by the mental barriers in their mind, they believe they are constantly drained, if the will is strong, the will shall accomplish.
4. Gain knowledge- Spend time reading at least one book a week. It is important not only to work out your physical body, but you should also have mental practice as well. Gaining knowledge allows you to connect with others, share information, and allows you to connect with others in a personal way.
5. Practice Meditation- Meditation has been proven by science to cure many parts of the body naturally, allow you to build your attention, connect with your emotions, and think about things unbiasedly. One should mediate primarily in the morning at least 10 minutes a day to start, and then double that at night.
6. Worry Less- Worry makes the body sick. It lowers the immune system and releases hormones. It creates doubt. Do not doubt yourself, you might actually be surprised if you trust yourself, regardless of the outcome you hold your head up high.Worrying is resonating in the lower frequencies; you must vibrate higher and have love for life as it is. The mind is very powerful of what it focuses on.
7. Challenge the Status Quo- This is pushing the limits that you create every day. Do something new each day! Break the status quo in society show others things can be broken and things can change. It is never too late to start a new goal for yourself. Be thankful for the time you have, use it like others in the past to test the limits of life. If it was not for them we would not have many things we have today.
8. Maintain a journal- Maintain a journal to write what you think might have gone wrong throughout the course of the day, reflect on it, and create a solution to solve it. Write down the things that you did correctly to show appreciation for yourself. Become your own critic. Notice the daily progress after a long course of time. A journal helps you maintain balance in your life.
9. Seek out opportunities and take them- Look for that new job online or by talking to people, and apply to them. Build your character. Join an organization. Opportunities can be something that you see in the world that is lacking. Opportunities are in our faces all the time, yet we never take them. Take an opportunity whenever there is a chance; do not let it slip your grasp.

Modern Implications of Food
Only a fool would not believe that the food you eat is used as fuel for the body. We can only assume that the body is basically an input output mechanism. However, what I want to focus on is the karmic influences which manifest themselves during the eating process, as well as the type of foods that we can eat to propel our body to perfection, vibrating in full light. Then, we will see how the body can naturally rejuvenate itself, mentally and physically
History has shown that mankind has been modifying certain crops and animal. It is nothing new to say that we are eating genetically modified organisms, however this form of modification comes from the mother earth herself, even though humans had something to do with the fate of the organism's genetics, it still naturally occurred in the earth's cycle of destruction and creation. Take a look at corn. The corn that the natives used to eat back in the day was merely a flower, with very little corn. Over time though humans specifically mated certain types of corn that had the most kernels for producing larger quantities yield. This is only one example of this type of human intervention modification. Consequently, as human technological development took place, we begin to find further mass production of food. Looking back to the first industrial revolution, a surplus of humans were born, due to the abundance of food coming out of giant factories. It sought means of packing food in tiny cans, so it can be readily available for a long time. Moving forward, science can now splice the genes of one fruit and combine them with another to create a bunch of hybridized food. Furthermore, scientists can now make crops resistant to certain types of prey by genetically altering the plant's defensive mechanisms and internally workings.
With this technological breakthrough, I find that we lost track of the meaning of eating and the spiritual implications that follow it. Such as in the great works of the bible, it exclaims pray should be before every meal, by analyzing that further, we are offering a pray for the substance we are consuming. It is showing gratitude for the divine creation of the universe, the process of destruction and creation. Loving and thanking for the meal at hand. In all cultures we find that people have there own way of either blessing a food, certain dietary diets, and saying certain frequencies before meals, to respect the animal's sacrifice, contrary to today's mass production of meat products.
Now lets imagine this era, with bombarding radio waves, wifi frequencies, cellular frequencies and communications. At certain frequencies "Every cell pulsates, reflects and interacts with acoustic oscillations of the medium. Even the earth and sun vibrate in unison based on a main rhythm of 160 minutes. Each musical note is therefore united to non-audible notes of higher octaves, and each symphony to other symphonies that we do not hear, and although they make our cells oscillate and possibly resonate. Even DNA has it’s own melody. The musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies is now recognized by official science."3 In " Molecules of Emotion," by Candice Pert, Ph.D. It is not surprising to find that modern forms of communication have harmful effects to the body like causing brain cancer is one example for cellphone use. Furthermore, in combination with eating Genetic Modified Organisms, that was not produced under normal natural circumstances, and the harmful frequencies existing in our air, one can only deduce that whatever entity that controls this time is doing an all out assault on the mind of humans by unlocking certain DNA that has been ingested unknowingly, to subvert the mind's decisions.
Here are some suggestions to protect yourselfs.
1. Ultimately you want to give thanks to the universe for granting you the ability to process matter to the form of energy.
2. Eat non junk food items. Eat raw, vegetables, fruits, chicken, all organic if you can.
3. Water is essential to cleaning out your system. When you drink of water think that you are drinking the purest thing possible, as soon as it enters your mouth imagine it cleaning out all the negativity clouding your mind.
4.Limit the time you spend around technology and these frequencies.
5. Exercise your body.
6. Practice mindfulness meditation; controlling your mind's thoughts.
7. Utilize herbs for aromatherapy and ingestion.
Certain times people are unthankful for their food, while others would do anything to get a bite of a tiny portion of their plate. By following a certain system similar to the one mentioned above, you can absolutely have your body rejuvenating physically and mentally.
