The journey begins where you want to start. It can be at any moment. We humans the incredible ability that separates us from all animals that allows us to coordinate our actions. When taking the first action of whatever you desire, never look back. Realize that the actions you just committed is before you and you can use it as a lesson tool. Actions that you commit in the present over a prolong period of time really shows growth. The plant can only grow as big as the pot it is in. You must be the mighty sequoia that is firmly planted in the ground ready to grow over time no matter what may come.
It's not about the desired results. You must find meaning in the task that you do and focus less on the desired outcome. The journey of life is your narration. You are responsible for the actions and reactions you send off. Let yourself bask in the present, analyze and lay to rest the past, and keep moving forward with humbility, knowing where you came from.
Until next time,
Wholeness and balance.

The Human Bank
The Human Bank is a concept, where if another person tries to send one negative energy, meaning, scornful words, spitness, hate, etc. a person must become a human bank to always set oneself at balance. The concept is very simple; those negative energies thrown towards one takes form as debt, where you must you must reject those form of debts, and always keep one at balance, let the other person suffer the debt of depositing those negative energy. The point of this is to show that one can remain at balance, such as a bank account, in every situation, regardless of the circumstances, because when the action is already committed, one has to deal within their soul.
Wholeness and balance, everyone.
Furthermore, this concept essential helps you deposit positive energy as well, to fill your human bank account, with love, compassion, appreciation, hard work, and self improvement. The old phrase you invest in yourself, has a whole new meaning applied to this concept. You want to be abundant in positive-balanced energy.
Wholeness and balance, everyone.

Personal Responsibility & Change
In the long run everyone of us has a personal responsibility for our own behavior. Sure certain situations we fall victim to, but ultimately it's up for you to get past staying the victim. Taking responsibility does not mean that you were necessarily at fault yesterday, but instead taking responsibility means valuing your tools that you already have to change your life. Tools like changing an old pattern, learning a new skill, and focusing forward, all things that we naturally have. It is up to you to heal yourself.
Do not look externally for something to change you, you have to look internally for reassurance, prosperity, and hope for a better tomorrow. You have to take the responsibility to make the initial change and fight through the pain of succumbing to your old ways. Just like in nature, we have to adapt to the new surrounding we create-taking on responsibility. However, if you do not attempt it, there will be no healing that you are looking for. Noticeable change obviously does not happen overnight, but change does happen when you take that first initial step.

Technique to Control Thoughts
When we are alone a communication network goes on internally. Fundamentally, we act on flight or fight responses that make us either choose to fight the threat in front of you, or run away. Today, the threat of physical is much less prevalent than the threat of the internal. Internal warfare goes on in some each and everyday. We are constantly battling an unseen foe, that is- the future. You see, when we make a decision essentially as creature we always look towards the future; this is a gift and a curse from nature. We are the only species that is able to forecast into the future and plan ahead. This can either lead you to carry out your plans, or fall short of them.
Basically, the choices you make is a result of the physiological perspective your mind is holding at the time. In order to master the power of choice, you must first change your perspective about your thoughts. You must shift your perspective into thinking that your thoughts are coming from an outside source, much like how a radio receives radio waves.
Just like a radio you are allowed to scan through the many choices(stations) your mind has, when one sounds good, you leave at that. However, one must make a distinction between the thoughts they have and how they feel personally. By making this distinction we allowing ourselves to gain better control on our thoughts, realizing they are foreign from us and our core beliefs, resulting in better choices.

Destructive Traps of Humans
Life as we know it is a system of patterned behavior that comes from programmed forms of survival instincts. Destructive traps of humans are the unwanted results of a rigid pattern that one fails to evaluate effectively. People are highly prone to their own physiological traps.
People fall into a trap when they connect one's integrity, morals, and self-esteem, with an undertaking to which one assigns a value. This leads to one believing that one oneself is the problem, or that an outside force is responsible for the destructive results.
Another is when a person assumes to mimic a certain role to others, in which they defend it full heartedly. For example, people wish to fulfill a role, like an expert, a parent, a teacher, etc. When one begins to play this character it limits many behavioral options. One feels compelled to lead a certain role that is rigid, but when one has more flexible behavior, it would achieve more desirable results.
Finally, in addition there is one resulting from confusing results with action. Results are only as good as your actions. When you lack a clearly effective managed schedule, you often resort to doing actions that you wouldn't do for the most part. The schedule should contain some leisure time, not being rigid at all, but with specific planned out events that help you in the long run with your ultimate goal, also giving you the time you need to rest.

The Sale
When you master the art of selling, you are really mastering the art of humanity. You see each time we encounter an individual we are selling. Selling is giving: giving time, attention, lessons, showing empathy, and value. The word sell comes from the old english word, sellan which means to give. Think about what is your motive when you approach this individual. Having a strong motive internalizes within yourself. So be careful what you internalize, because attitudes rub off to other people. Generally, when you want to make a sale, you do so by genuinely believing in what you are selling as well as having strong motives. You could sell a product or yourself to an individual.
People have no problem in believing their product and the helpfulness it is willing to share with people. The hard part comes when people try to "pitch" or to follow a strict guideline that forces them to act with performance anxiety. No one likes someone that shoves stuff down their throat and expect them to like it. Instead, take a different approach, add value, give meaning to what you are doing, and continue to add value. Focus more on how you open to the individual and the start, rather than looking at the outcome. Ask great questions that make people say, yes, multiple times. Focus more on their individual's life, their wants, and needs. Keep the conversation flowing towards the individual, instead of yourself. People should create value that impacts people's lives. They should build strong networks. Being one hundred percent real all the time with yourself and with others. Most importantly keep that mind open.
The truth about selling is that it's not about your product, hell it's not even about you, it's strictly about the other person. What makes a great salesperson is the strong wholeheartedly interest with those around them. They shift their focus from acquiring to offering. This shift is essential, because it's a nice way to live life and conduct business, while being very profitable in a number of aspects. You don't need to have outgoing, naturally sociable, or friendly personality, for the fact that everyone makes friends. But this is missing the point, instead of focusing on yourself, focus on building up those around you, and in the process your internal system changes in accordance to the universe.

Three Types of People
People all throughout our life give us indirect and direct messages about ourselves. They come in a variety of ways, both electronically and physically. These messages forced upon us tend to make us feel unworthy and dependent about ourselves, consequently molding the individual to develop images about themselves, in the process influencing the way they are expected to behave.
Around the world, people carry titles of themselves, from the the police officer, to the academic professor, etc., people use these titles to mold people's behavior and expected to act a certain way. It is often communicated across that you are supposed to be polite, modest, and the suppression of powerful emotion. We grow up in these society that ever since enter the schooling system we are taught to obey a certain way of standards. Internally this affects our psyche as an individual and as a society.
Often times the system produces people with patterned behavior, suppressed aggression, and low self-esteem. Driving this dependency is technology as well, look how many seek attention online, but are forced to perform a certain way online, in their photos, and the way they speak, they grow even more dependent to this system. Norms are meant to emotionally damage you to have conflicts within yourself. These conflicts produces guilt feelings internally, thus modifying the behavior of the individual to further comply with the norms.
You have to be independent from the herd. You become aware of another fascinating condition of yourself. Only by breaking the chains of norms you are able to release your emotion with true flare. Over time you begin to change your self-image in many aspects. Regardless of the messages imposed on you from anyone, you become who you are, making your own true decisions and what you feel is necessary for you. You instead shift your patterns and behavior, but at a higher frequency.
The person that we should all try to achieve, is one that is both free from dependency and independency. We move to a stage where we can enjoy both, or not at all. An individual moves freely of patterned behaviors of both types, you can exchange feelings of anger, joy, and aggression with others. This individual is able to depend on others and have other depend on them, in mutual respects. They begin to develop a more accurate self-image, having both good and bad feelings about themselves. They have worry not only for the people around them, but around the planet. People who are dependent, bound by societal norms, and destructive behavior, cannot even comprehend the mind of an individual who is interdependent.
Raise your awareness. Wholeness and Balance to all.

Friendship
The idea of friendship seems to be a certain bond that it is shared between individuals that have interpersonal forms of communication. They tend to recognize that their emotions are mutually assured due to past experiences; The past meaning the individual sand particle that drops from the hourglass. Sharing vibes as they now like to call it, is having more than just a conversation, but it is the exchange individual's emotions and memories. Exchange for one's time for another's time is the ultimate respect you can give to someone. Why let that negative person take your time away from the many possibilities that exist? Depending on the type of bond being shared you can either move in two ways, one, building a stronger bond with this individual or group, or two, stop exchanging your time with these individuals. You already know which individuals in your life you need to stop exchanging with. You also know what individuals you need to build stronger relationships with; To help each other out for mutual exchanges for the greater good. If you decide to build a stronger relationship with that person, due so with the purest form of your being, you should not have to shroud your true self with the mask and cape you put on for the rest of the world. This lets you first of be comfortable with yourself, but with the other individuals, and if they condemn you from this, stop the exchange of time you have with these individuals. By being yourself this lets others have the chance to share their ideas of a number of stuff, furthering the bond of exchangement between the individuals.
Now, let's say you take the second path, depending on the severity of the damaging relationship, you must eliminate contact with this person.Obviously will think about this person, but just remember the harmful things they have done, and the stuff that you didn't deserve, use this as fuel to drive better forms of bonds between the right people and use it to progress yourself. It's tough to say that life is cruel sometimes - you have things happen to you that no human should experience here on earth and it is usually done by the ones you love most. Do not let this discourage you, this only but a fraction of your life that your experiencing, use it to empower you physically and most importantly mentally. When the hourglass finally breaks the only thing that mattered was how strong the sand was able to stick together.
