In the long run everyone of us has a personal responsibility for our own behavior. Sure certain situations we fall victim to, but ultimately it's up for you to get past staying the victim. Taking responsibility does not mean that you were necessarily at fault yesterday, but instead taking responsibility means valuing your tools that you already have to change your life. Tools like changing an old pattern, learning a new skill, and focusing forward, all things that we naturally have. It is up to you to heal yourself.
Do not look externally for something to change you, you have to look internally for reassurance, prosperity, and hope for a better tomorrow. You have to take the responsibility to make the initial change and fight through the pain of succumbing to your old ways. Just like in nature, we have to adapt to the new surrounding we create-taking on responsibility. However, if you do not attempt it, there will be no healing that you are looking for. Noticeable change obviously does not happen overnight, but change does happen when you take that first initial step.

9 Daily Practices
1. Make a difference- Making a difference can be anything from holding the door for someone to creating an organization to help people have better access to water. Completing one or more a day is beneficial for you and is healing to your mind. You go to sleep knowing that you at least completed one good deed.
2. Spend Time Wisely- This one should be a no-brainer; however it is often overlooked, often used sparsely with no real purpose. Time is precious, the time is ticking and each second will not come back. Life is constantly moving forward. Manage the flow of time effectively; each day is another day that you will never get back.
3. Maintain Health- Out of all the serious health effects out there it is almost always related to their diet and how much the exercise. People need to maintain a diet strictly based on whole foods, nothing artificial, no sugar, less red meat, more water, greens, whole wheat carbs, fruits, and minimal dairy or none at all. Taking herbal supplements is also suggested to get the vitamins you need in a healthy way. Exercise is something that people can do, but put off by the mental barriers in their mind, they believe they are constantly drained, if the will is strong, the will shall accomplish.
4. Gain knowledge- Spend time reading at least one book a week. It is important not only to work out your physical body, but you should also have mental practice as well. Gaining knowledge allows you to connect with others, share information, and allows you to connect with others in a personal way.
5. Practice Meditation- Meditation has been proven by science to cure many parts of the body naturally, allow you to build your attention, connect with your emotions, and think about things unbiasedly. One should mediate primarily in the morning at least 10 minutes a day to start, and then double that at night.
6. Worry Less- Worry makes the body sick. It lowers the immune system and releases hormones. It creates doubt. Do not doubt yourself, you might actually be surprised if you trust yourself, regardless of the outcome you hold your head up high.Worrying is resonating in the lower frequencies; you must vibrate higher and have love for life as it is. The mind is very powerful of what it focuses on.
7. Challenge the Status Quo- This is pushing the limits that you create every day. Do something new each day! Break the status quo in society show others things can be broken and things can change. It is never too late to start a new goal for yourself. Be thankful for the time you have, use it like others in the past to test the limits of life. If it was not for them we would not have many things we have today.
8. Maintain a journal- Maintain a journal to write what you think might have gone wrong throughout the course of the day, reflect on it, and create a solution to solve it. Write down the things that you did correctly to show appreciation for yourself. Become your own critic. Notice the daily progress after a long course of time. A journal helps you maintain balance in your life.
9. Seek out opportunities and take them- Look for that new job online or by talking to people, and apply to them. Build your character. Join an organization. Opportunities can be something that you see in the world that is lacking. Opportunities are in our faces all the time, yet we never take them. Take an opportunity whenever there is a chance; do not let it slip your grasp.

Changing Attitudes and Behaviors
Begin with a sincere appreciation for the individual. Each person is unique with their own talents and specialty. Praise them for their accomplishments, or pointing out something special in them. The trick is to make them feel important and wanted.
Give them criticism indirectly. Wise people tell tales to make a point to an individual. They do not attack them directly. Humans make mistakes, but when one directly calls attention to their mistakes they often feel threatened.
One should criticize themselves first before they criticize others. This law has been taught in many books, including the bible which states, "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?" It only makes sense to look inwardly to find mistakes within yourself, before you start to find mistakes in others.
Instead of ordering someone to do something, ask critical questions to make them go about a behavior you want them to do. No one likes to hear a person bark orders. One must speak from the other person's situation and ask significant questions that make them think of the right thing to do.
In every improvement praise them sincerely and wholeheartedly. A person builds on confidence given to them by others. It is a powerful tool to change a person's attitudes and behaviors. Praising them is not a simple "good job", it is reminding them why they do the things they do. Praise others for their improvement, you never know how often they hear it.
Be optimistic and to give encouragement. Situations happen in which one does not have control, it is important for you to sympathize and be optimistic about the situation. Make it seem easily manageable and could be taken down with ease. Make them feel excited to the things that you suggest. You are providing them a window of hope.

The Sale
When you master the art of selling, you are really mastering the art of humanity. You see each time we encounter an individual we are selling. Selling is giving: giving time, attention, lessons, showing empathy, and value. The word sell comes from the old english word, sellan which means to give. Think about what is your motive when you approach this individual. Having a strong motive internalizes within yourself. So be careful what you internalize, because attitudes rub off to other people. Generally, when you want to make a sale, you do so by genuinely believing in what you are selling as well as having strong motives. You could sell a product or yourself to an individual.
People have no problem in believing their product and the helpfulness it is willing to share with people. The hard part comes when people try to "pitch" or to follow a strict guideline that forces them to act with performance anxiety. No one likes someone that shoves stuff down their throat and expect them to like it. Instead, take a different approach, add value, give meaning to what you are doing, and continue to add value. Focus more on how you open to the individual and the start, rather than looking at the outcome. Ask great questions that make people say, yes, multiple times. Focus more on their individual's life, their wants, and needs. Keep the conversation flowing towards the individual, instead of yourself. People should create value that impacts people's lives. They should build strong networks. Being one hundred percent real all the time with yourself and with others. Most importantly keep that mind open.
The truth about selling is that it's not about your product, hell it's not even about you, it's strictly about the other person. What makes a great salesperson is the strong wholeheartedly interest with those around them. They shift their focus from acquiring to offering. This shift is essential, because it's a nice way to live life and conduct business, while being very profitable in a number of aspects. You don't need to have outgoing, naturally sociable, or friendly personality, for the fact that everyone makes friends. But this is missing the point, instead of focusing on yourself, focus on building up those around you, and in the process your internal system changes in accordance to the universe.
