In the long run everyone of us has a personal responsibility for our own behavior. Sure certain situations we fall victim to, but ultimately it's up for you to get past staying the victim. Taking responsibility does not mean that you were necessarily at fault yesterday, but instead taking responsibility means valuing your tools that you already have to change your life. Tools like changing an old pattern, learning a new skill, and focusing forward, all things that we naturally have. It is up to you to heal yourself.
Do not look externally for something to change you, you have to look internally for reassurance, prosperity, and hope for a better tomorrow. You have to take the responsibility to make the initial change and fight through the pain of succumbing to your old ways. Just like in nature, we have to adapt to the new surrounding we create-taking on responsibility. However, if you do not attempt it, there will be no healing that you are looking for. Noticeable change obviously does not happen overnight, but change does happen when you take that first initial step.

Technique to Control Thoughts
When we are alone a communication network goes on internally. Fundamentally, we act on flight or fight responses that make us either choose to fight the threat in front of you, or run away. Today, the threat of physical is much less prevalent than the threat of the internal. Internal warfare goes on in some each and everyday. We are constantly battling an unseen foe, that is- the future. You see, when we make a decision essentially as creature we always look towards the future; this is a gift and a curse from nature. We are the only species that is able to forecast into the future and plan ahead. This can either lead you to carry out your plans, or fall short of them.
Basically, the choices you make is a result of the physiological perspective your mind is holding at the time. In order to master the power of choice, you must first change your perspective about your thoughts. You must shift your perspective into thinking that your thoughts are coming from an outside source, much like how a radio receives radio waves.
Just like a radio you are allowed to scan through the many choices(stations) your mind has, when one sounds good, you leave at that. However, one must make a distinction between the thoughts they have and how they feel personally. By making this distinction we allowing ourselves to gain better control on our thoughts, realizing they are foreign from us and our core beliefs, resulting in better choices.

Mastering the MetaVerbal Communication
Whoever every masters the art of communicating can reach extraordinary heights. Having impeccable communication skills grants you access to the gates of people's mind. You vividly explain things to make their minds chase after images that your vibrations provided them. Mastering the art of Metaverbal communication has to do with people communicating, not just by the simple words that we speak, but the whole other little quirks that exist in communication. This includes body language, tone, vocal pitch, juncture, and by using very particular words, sentence structures, and strategic placement of words to bring meaning in a whole new way. Some might call this "reading between the lines." It also includes the speaker's internal mind state, their feelings and intentions.
When you communicate with a person today try to notice the Metaverbal communication characteristics that make up that person. This could be from things like, from people saying "to be honest", which implies that they weren't being honest with you to being with, or it could be when people say, "... you know what I mean?", which could possibly indicate that they have some sort of worry, nervousness, concern, or they just want to you to justify that you understand them. In fact these sort of Metaverbal communication characteristics are an easy identifier of people, but often go unnoticed by the untrained eye.
By being more aware to meta-talk, you can analyze people better to understand them more, to see where they come from, and what their internal states are. As a result, the trained eye can easily speak his or her way through a number of problems. It can make you get the one that you desire most. You can practice by communicating from the heart. If you communicate things that are truth and with sincerity, you reach the hearts of the other individual. By mastering body language it shows that you are comfortable in your own skin, it can also be used to ward off unwanted people. Facial expressions go a long way as well, the act of smiling disarms the person in front of you, or it can be interpreted by them, you are sneaky. If we go in deeper, certain body language is used to communicate on another plane, to control certain people's subconscious mind without them knowing. This knowledge can also contribute to more comprehensive understanding of the ways in which people struggle with their anxieties when involved in certain situations.
Till next time, Wholeness and Balance to all.
